Feature Project
This comprehensive eight-session Instructor-Led Training (ILT) series was designed to transition professional educators and aspiring designers into proficient eLearning developers through hands-on, real-time instruction. By moving from foundational navigation to complex, trigger-based interactions like custom flip cards and matching games, the curriculum empowers learners to build high-fidelity, interactive digital content that goes beyond standard templates. A live, virtual instructor-led format was intentionally selected to address technical fear in real time. The synchronous environment allowed for screen sharing, immediate troubleshooting, pacing adjustments, and normalization of early confusion, which are all critical for reducing cognitive overload in technical training.
