The Play-Based Transformation Guide was created to support preschool educators in the critical transition from traditional, worksheet-heavy teaching to developmentally appropriate practices. Recognizing that many teachers in this environment lack formal pedagogical training, I designed this job aid to serve as a practical, step-by-step roadmap for redesigning existing classroom activities. The guide breaks down the complex process of aligning lessons with Florida VPK standards into a simple "Before and After" framework, allowing teachers to see exactly how to inject play and student agency into a static assignment. By utilizing a clean, icon-driven layout and standardizing the "three core components" of play-based instruction, this resource provides a low-stakes way for educators to experiment with lesson design and improve instructional quality directly at the point of need. 

The Stakeholder Communication Toolkit was designed as a high-utility performance support tool to transition learning from the digital module into the learner's daily workflow. I developed this job aid to provide a structured, "at-a-glance" version of the course’s core framework, specifically for early-career professionals who may feel overwhelmed when drafting their first executive updates. My design choices focused on cognitive offloading; by using a checklist format and a clear visual hierarchy of "Status, Risks, Decisions, and Next Steps," the document allows users to verify the quality of their communication in real-time. I opted for a clean, printable PDF format to ensure the toolkit remains accessible as a desk reference, effectively reducing the "blank page" syndrome and ensuring consistent, professional messaging across the organization.
